Jesus Came For Judgement - John 9

John 9:39 - Jesus said, "For judgment I have come into this world, so that the blind will see and those who see will become blind."

The word "judgement" can have several meanings, one being punishment, the other being discerning right from wrong. When Jesus said the blind will see and the sighted will become blind, it made me think about what that statement really means.

Those who don't know God will believe, but those who control people by means of a religion will become blind to the truth. What is this truth? Jesus really was the Son of God. The Pharisees could never accept Jesus because they were molded to what religion put in their minds. Someone who's never been part of a religion, like the man who was healed by Jesus with mud and spit, believed because Jesus was able to demonstrate the power of God.

When have you ever seen a demonstration of God? Have you ever seen the blind healed, a limb restored, or someone healed of mental illness? These are all things that should be happening in the body of Christ.

If you say your a Christian, then that really dosn't mean anything does it? A satanist could say the same thing. To truely know God is to seek relationship with Him.

Jesus was always batteling with people who challenged who He claimed to be. That is the battle we face today, is God really God? Did Jesus really exist!?

If you think for yourself, then you can pull yourself away from that religion and find God really is there. You'll be happier once you do that.

Incase you haven't figured out, I believe organized religion is an evil thing.

Amen.
